This is the ABS Steel Form Slider. It is designed to set on top of steel frame foundation forms. It is recommended to use the ABS Short Cap which will hold the anchor bolt 3 inches above the top of the concrete when the concrete is poured up to 1½” from the top of the foundation form, and it will hold the anchor bolt 2″ from the foundation form. If careful you should get many usages out of this ABS Steel Form Slider.
